Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of my services, refunds are not available once a consultation or coaching session has taken place.

If you experience any exceptional circumstances, please get in touch as soon as possible. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
